At Mappora, we're printing your creations on FSC-certified paper®. That label means the paper is made of responsibly sourced wood fiber.
We will print your map on a museum-quality poster made on thick and long-lasting matte (uncoated) paper (weighing 200g/m²). You can count on the longevity of your map and be sure to admire it at your home or your loved one's home for a very long time.
The inks we currently use are of archival quality, with tremendous durability and fade resistance.

We have chosen only to offer labeled products.
Our paper flowed through the FSC® Chain of Custody from the FSC-certified forest to a paper manufacturer, merchant, and finally to a printer with FSC Chain-of-Custody certification.
We guarantee that our products meet the highest environmental requirements.
When the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certifies that a paper is made of responsibly sourced wood fiber, that paper earns the FSC label. FSC certification is a necessary standard. It indicates that the forests from which the wood fiber is harvested are managed in a way that reduces their environmental impact.
From water quality to protecting local communities, wildlife, and loss of natural cover, the FSC sets standards for responsible forest management.

After several trials, we decided not to display our logo on the prints. We want to keep a simple and clean style for our maps and facilitate your creative process.

Three sizes are available when ordering:
- 30x40 cm / 12x16 inch
- The 50x70cm format / 20x28 inch
- The 70x100cm size / 28x40 inchThese three sizes are selected to facilitate framing once your city map is received. You can find appropriate frames in all decoration shops, DIY stores, or supermarkets.

Our production method, unfortunately, does not allow us to print a personalized message or gift note. We know this is important to you, and after all your feedback on this point, we are working on a solution to offer you the best possible service.

Don't worry! Whether it's for you or a gift, the invoice is always sent to you by email. PRO TIP: Just make sure you don't use the email address of the person you want to give the map to when ordering!

Don't worry; we're here! Here are a few things to check before contacting us:
1 - Please check that there are no symbols, spaces, or lowercase/uppercase issues.
2 - The validity of coupon codes can expire according to dates fixed in advance. You must then place orders before the deadline.
3 - Have you already entered a discount code? If so, be aware that cumulating two offers/reductions are impossible.

Once the order has been placed, your Mappora map is rolled up and packed in a sturdy transport tube.
This packaging keeps your map safe and guarantees its conservation during transport.
As explained, we place great importance on reducing our CO2 emissions as well as the plastic components used in our products and packaging. This is why our packaging remains simple and sustainable.

If you want to delete your order please go directly to your order confirmation page or via the confirmation email received after purchase.
Note that we can only delete the order within 6 hours after the purchase. After this time, our printer will consider the map "validated and in print" and can no longer be deleted.

Sure! As soon as your purchase is validated you will receive an order confirmation email including all the summary information. You will find in this email :
-a preview of your map
- the dimensions selected- the amount of the payment
- the means of purchase used
- a tracking link
- the delivery address
- A link to check your right of withdrawal

Do you want to make a bulk order of the same map? No problem!

Yes of course! You can order as many maps as you want.
Please note however that orders will be shipped in packages of 5 prints. This shipping method allows us to limit the packaging size and preserve prints inside.
If you wish to order multiple copies of the same print, please refer to the following section "How do I get the price for a bulk order?"

We deliver to more than 170 countries worldwide and have local production in 33 countries thanks to our network of more than 100 print partners.
Please note that delivery times vary by country, and customs fees may be applied according to the legislation.

Your address must be complete and recognized by our ordering system to be processed. If your address or postal code is invalid, please contact us via the contact form.
We will respond to you as soon as possible with an adequate solution.

Customs fees may apply based on local regulations when we ship internationally across borders. The fees may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Mappora is not responsible for these fees.

We work with 30+ shipping providers around the world. The shipping provider used depends on several factors, including the country of production, the country of delivery, the shipping method selected, and more. You can always see the available shipping methods and providers where you place an order.

You can follow your order directly from your customer account or via the confirmation email sent to you after your purchase. We will also send several emails to you during each movement and update.
We will send a tracking number to you once the order has been shipped. This number will allow you to follow every day the progress of the delivery.

Our shipping providers currently don't support orders bound for military installations (US or British): BFPO (British Forces Post Office) or APO (Army Post Office).In such cases, we advise asking customers to provide another shipping address.

Even though our validation system is very reliable, sometimes errors do occur. If you didn't receive a purchase confirmation after your transaction, please :
- 1: check that the email address provided does not contain spelling errors
- 2: Check your validation email is not in your spam.
Does the previous solution not work? Don't panic! Please complete the request form, and we will get back to you quickly.

Yes! You can change your delivery address. To do this, please go directly to your order confirmation page or via the confirmation email received after the purchase.
Note that we can only change the address within 6 hours after your purchase. After this time, the print will be considered "validated and in print" by our printer and can no longer be modified. Also, we cannot change the country of delivery. Only your address, as well as your name and postal code, can.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the address if your order has already been dispatched. Please contact the delivery company in charge of delivering your order. You will find this information via the email parcel tracking number we sent you.

There are several possibilities here to consider:
- The tracking number may take time to update.
- The delivery company may have encountered traffic incidents (accidents, weather events, etc.)
- Postal services are overwhelmed during a busy period (holidays)If there is an unresolved problem please contact the delivery company directly in charge of delivering your order. Here, all the links allow you to track your parcels and contact the appropriate services.

Even if these events are rare, it's possible that your package was delivered to the wrong relay point or picked up by the wrong person. There are several possibilities here to consider :
- Check all your different email addresses as well as spam boxes. A transit advice note or proof of deposit may have been left there.
- Look at the progress of your package. If your order is indicated as recovered, you can check if someone like your relatives or a third party has recovered your package. Otherwise, go directly to the branch or contact the delivery service for more information.
- Check all the last calls received to see if a delivery person has tried to reach you.

Suppose you couldn't receive your order at your address. In that case, the shipment might be available at your local post office or carrier pick-up point. If your package goes unclaimed, it may be returned to us. For this case, please contact us via the request form. We'll get in touch with you so we can ship it again.
Please note that we can only send it back one time to you.

If we give you special attention, incidents can occur during shipping.
If this happens, don't worry. We are here to provide you with the solution that suits you best.
Please contact us via the contact form within seven days, indicating the urgent nature and the state in which your package arrived.
Do not forget to indicate in your request:
- images (at least 3) of the package as well as the print
- your order number (ID)

A little error during the creation can happen fast. Unfortunately, we can't refund or recover your design once the map has been printed and shipped. Personalized products are very intimate and specific, and we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

The personalized nature of each print does not allow us to accept returns. Contact us via the request form if you are unsatisfied with your map. We will do everything we can to help you.
HOW TO CREATE MY MAP?

You cannot add route names to maps. You can, however, use text blocks outside the map to write the names of these roads.

The names of the cities appear simply for information. You can completely edit the city name by writing the word or phrase you want. You have free control over what you want to write and post.

We're trying to get you a complete city map creator, but maybe you won't find the shape or the color that suits you best! We are always listening to your proposals for additions and modifications. Don't be afraid to suggest even your craziest ideas! Do not hesitate to write to us on our contact form.

Emojis and special characters are special characters and can be misinterpreted when saving your card and printing it. We advise you not to use them. However, below is a list of characters you can use to replace your emojis: ♥ ❤ ❥

We do not offer the download of your city poster in digital format. You can only order our Mappora maps in the physical version. We want to make sure that the final rendering perfectly matches our expectations. Our printing processes are unique, and we want to keep our know-how to offer you high-quality products.
