Return policy
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@mappora.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange . Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange . We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

● Fourteen (14) days is necessary for our teams to take care of requests for reimbursement or replacement of products. Any error on the part of Mappora will result in replacing the incorrect product with a new product. You must send each refund request to the following email address: contact@mappora.com. Please note that it takes five days for us to process your refund request. Suppose a customer provides incorrect information (wrong address, incorrect name, Etc.). In that case, the return and replacement of his product will be at his expense.
